Equipping Believers
Our Mobilization & Leader Development Ministry is committed to identifying, equipping, and empowering believers to discover and fulfil their God-given calling. This has been a special focus of ICF for many years.
Empowering Every Believer
We believe the Church grows stronger when every believer is encouraged and equipped to take part in ministry. Through leadership training, mentorship, discipleship, and practical ministry opportunities, we help individuals develop their gifts and become effective servants and leaders.
Raising Christ-like Leaders
Our goal is to raise Christ-like leaders who demonstrate character, competence, commitment, and a heart for serving others, both within the Church and in the wider community.
Take the Next Step
Whether you are already leading or wondering how God might use you, we invite you to take the next step with us.
